As a clinician and a business owner, I have a private practice in Frisco, Texas. My focus includes sex therapy, couples work, and trauma. I practice from a lens of attachment, neurobiology, and experiential therapy. Some of my research interests include sexual satisfaction, infertility, female sexuality, motherhood, and spirituality.

As a professor, I am privileged to help young counselors become the best counselor they can be. I am also a Master Practitioner of NLP and MER therapy. I have truly made it my life's mission to help people experience rapid healing as well as full mental and emotional healing.

here's the dish on me.

Nice to meet you, boss!

Dr. Britt

hey there! I am

why coaching?

I want to work with you if you are tired of ...
  • making less money than any other highly educated professional
  • being a slave to insurance companies
  • it taking a long time for your clients to get results
  • getting clients who just come in to complain/vent
  • losing money with every holiday or illness
  • feeling burning out
  • not looking forward to a job you once loved

If you answered yes to any one or all of these points, you are not alone! I was there, too! And the truth is that I put off integrating coaching into my practice because as clinicians we kind of turn our nose up to coaches.

Let me be clear, this is NOT some influencer type life coach certification program. You can still turn your nose up at that! This is an integrative program to teach you a specific and set apart healing technique called Breakthrough Coaching! If you are connecting with any of this, you're my people!

stand out. get results FASTER. integrate coaching.

Integrating Coaching is the game changer!

I'm connecting. Tell me more!

I do not personally subscribe to the thought that healing must be a long term process and as insurance companies dictate how we meet the needs of clients, I searched for new and better methods to help people heal effectively, quickly, and sustainably.

I have committed myself to a lifetime of learning and growth is a personal core value of mine so it's only natural to me that I continue to seek out the best methods for my clients and implement them in such a way that I actually make money in the process.

I have had great success and a fire to help other passionate clinicians do the same.

Why i decided to become a coach

  • As a kid, I wanted to be a brain surgeon; I like to think of what I do as surgery just a different type ;)
  • My favorite roles in life are being a wife to my best friend and mommy to a 4yr old daughter and our 4 month old son
  • I own over 30 pairs of VANS sneakers because who said you have to wear heels to be a boss ;)
